I quit drinking soda pop, watch my fat intake, and eat a lot healthier like eating more protein and health foods. Also quit eating at fast food places.
I work out at least 5 days a week with free weights.
Cardio: elliptical machine and stair climber for minimum of 30 mins. a day
Resistance training: Free weights
