Stopped all carbonated drinks, eating smaller portions, and change some bad habits. I am watching my points on a weight watcher program. I do not eat anything before going to bed anymore and fight the urge to grab a candy bar or donut and drink water instead.
Play in a mens basketball league twice a week
Walk and run on a treadmill
Wear a pedometer each day.
Commitment to walk 5 miles each day
